Planning your Diet

Watch what you eat !

Here are some good eating tips :

* Eat lean meat which is full of protein and remove the fat.
* Include fish and poultry in your diet at least twice a week.
* Eat low-fat cheese and margarine and avoid cream, butter and fatty cheeses.
* Eat organic wholemeal bread. It is better for you than white bread.
* Only use vegetables oils such as sunflower oil or olive oil.
* Don't eat too many crisps ad peanuts.
* Don't eat too many sweet things as they will make you put on weight.
* Don't eat more than 3 eggs a week. They do contain protein but they have a high cholesterol level too.
* Eat fresh fruit and vegetables evey day. They contain lots of vitamins. Pulses, such beans and lentils, are very rich in protein and should be eaten regularly.
